Yes, unfortunately there are some rules that we need to be aware of, please read! Las Gaviotas is very strict with their rules, so please familiarize yourself with them.

Checking In

Some info about housing should have been sent to you (some homeowners are slower than others), but if you have not yet, you will soon! Check-in is 3PM for most of the homes. We will be sure to give you more info as we receive it!

Kick back and relax in Gaviotas

We'll be staying put, soaking up some UVs, hanging on the sand, jumping in the ocean, and spending time together! From beach volleyball, surfing, reading your favorite book, to getting some R&R, we think you'll have a great time!

Puerto Nuevo

Puerto Nuevo is a renowned "lobster village" located in Baja California, Mexico, just south of Rosarito Beach, famous for its signature deep-fried lobster, butter, lime, and handmade tortillas. It is a popular tourist spot offering over 25 restaurants, shopping for Mexican handicrafts, and coastal views of the Pacific Ocean.
